This company is run by in my opinion some of the most unscrupulous, unprofessional, immoral people I have ever met. I naively entered into a contract with these people expecting the same level of honesty that I provide in my working life and got completely conned. They didn't give receipts for money sent, they rented the house unfurnished and left all sorts of furniture around preventing us using the whole house and then charged us to remove it, they verbally agreed to things that we never carried out and then denied later and they make up false claims of around £2000 worth of dilapidations that were then taken to court without negotiation which became uneconomical to defend due to the lack of legal aid. We are not the only ones to have had problems with them before I have found in my research.
Don't fall into the same trap that I did!!
