I am happy with his conduct and his understanding to our needs especially with regarding to our deafness. The process of paying the rent upfront went quickly and more importantly smoothly. When we said that we would prefer to pay the whole of a year rent upfront, Ian provided flexibility in allowing us to do, and the process of contacting the landlady was processed to a very satisfied ending as she agreed for us to pay the whole yearly rent in one amount/ go.

I would be happy for Ian to conduct our future property affairs.
