If your a tenant and the managing estate agents is this lot-run! As long as they're getting their money they don't care one bit about the tenant including maintenance issues which could ruin the property or cause considerable repair costs. The estate agents have very poor customer service on the phone and don't respond to e-mails. Also they have tried to dupe me into changing my contract with them a couple of times even though my current contract was still legally valid.
