We moved in this property in July .
We were told that all the pending work including carpet and cleaning , toilet seat fix , bathroom extractor , cleaning of the poisonous weed would be done before we move.
but nothing is done till date.Whenever we call them they tell some story or the other.

For any problem we face they torture us like anything. Everytime we call them they ask us to explain the entire problem without litening completely even once.
After days of followup sometime they address the problem partly sometime they just sit on us.
We are new in this country and do not know whom to approach anf feeling like cheated.
The staff is working in totally isolated mode. Everytime you call you have to start the stuff from scratch.
Any trivial stuff like shower not working is like a big project as it takes days to complete it and makes you so stressed that you feel like not approaching them at all.

Dear Vikas,

Please accept our apologies for the incovenience you have suffered so far. I would say that we are aware of the issues as I remember having a chat with you when you came in before Xmas last year. Since then the landlord has visited our office once and we are currently trying to agree a price at which we can get all this work done. Unfortunately, the landlord lives abroad and is sometimes very hard to get a hold of. Please be rest assured that as we have not received a response for authority of the works we will endeavour to have the works done and take it up with the landlord at a later date.
Kindly note our hands are somewhat tied in certain situations especially where the landlord is very partiular about using their own handyman. On this occassion we have no choice and shall inform the landlord accordingly and begin getting these issues sorted out for you. I shall ask our handyman to contact you shortly and arrange for these works to begin. If you have any further issues or comments please contact me at the office on 020 8904 7741.
