After viewing a property and agreeing that we would rent the property and shook hands on it the agent told me that the landlord was comeing to veiw the state of the property in a couple of days. We heard nothing so after ringing them back they informed ne that the property had been let. Very disapointed and feel very let down

Though expensive they are usual and the agents are helpful. As I said they only managed the initial process though were very helpful on exit.

‚£1440 on an ‚£80k sale- expensive. Originally fees were fixed at ‚£1680 on a valuation of ‚£97.5k. Clearly the valuation was inaccurate, so I managed to (silghtly) negotiate the fee down.
