We initially approached Helmores and Ian with the sale of our property.
From the very start we were hugely impressed with Ian's general friendly manner and the high quality photo's taken of the property. Also, Ian gave great assurances that he and the team would do their utmost to ensure a successful sale that I and my partner would be happy with - and this was delivered within 2 weeks!
Beyond the point of the agreed sale we experienced continued support from both Ian and Jess - always in a professional and polite manner. Furthermore, we experienced awful service from the online selling agents (Hatch) of the property we purchased. However, Ian and Jess proactively took steps to continue to provide regular updates on our purchase, which I feel went beyond the level of service expected from Helmores, which was greatly appreciated.
With great confidence, I would recommend the service of Helmores to others.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
