First class service from start to finish. I invited 3 local agents into value my property and locally I knew one of them had to be Helmores but I didn't know who I would use. George arrived and was interested in my property and was enthusiastic about getting me the best price, they weren't the highest value or the cheapest commission but I believed they would work hard for me. The photos were great, it was on the internet quickly and I had a few viewings in the first week and after a couple of weeks an offer which I was happy to accept. From then on, I dealt with the office when I needed them but they were ahead of the game and made it all happen. So a great experience, not the cheapest but definitely the best in the area and well deserved of their recent awards, will be using them again

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
