From the very start Jason Soane the agent was professional, and I believe very honest. As always we spoke to a number of agents before we selected Parkers and gave them all the same brief. Our home was not the standard four bedroom standard property and would require special marketing and appeal to a limited number of buyers. We recieved a whole variety of recommended marketing values some of which were very tempting but lacked credability. We felt confident that Jason's had listned carefully to our brief and his advice was realistic and met our objective - we wanted to sell our house.
From the very start there were a good number of viewings and a buyer was found in three weeks, unfortunately this fell through days before we were due to exchange and our world collapsed. At this stage friends and colleagues suggested that we should change agents....we didnt understand the logic and met up with Jason to review our strategy once again he demonstrated his professionalism and very quickly had us in a positive mood. Within four weeks we had another buyer.
The chain was quite a long one and very soon we were experiencing every conceivable problem that can possibly be encountered in concluding a sale. The exchange date kept moving further and further away and we began to feel it would never happen, at this stage we we received contined support and encouragement from Jason who was in frequent contact with other agents in the chain. Alls well that ends well and we eventually completed six months after placing the property on the market. This was our seventh and last move.... But if we ever did move again we wouldnt hesitate to use Parkers in Basingstoke again.
