Following the recent success on finding a wonderful Tenant for our property, we wanted to express what a superb service we received from the Barnstaple office of Webbers Property Letting led by Lawrence Williams.

From the initial enquiry handled by Terri, the following morning a full property letting Landlords Information Pack arrived with helpful hints and advice and we made an appointment for our property to be to viewed and valued.

Lawrence Williams (Residential Lettings Manager) conducted a most professional assessment of the property, advised on best rental and went into great detail on the best way to present the property.

Thorough assessments were made on the most suitable tenant for our particular property and very quickly one was found. A comprehensive inventory was conducted together with paperwork and accounts set up without delay.

We would not hesitate in recommending any prospective Landlords to the superb service provided by Webbers Barnstaple Lettings Office where Lawrence and his entire rentals team have provided a first class and most satisfactory service.
