In October 2014 Morris & Co were given Sole Agency to sell this property for an overseas owner.
After 1 year no communication from the agents or offers had been received. The agency with Morris & Co was cancelled. Despite numerous requests Morris and Co were unable to supply any names of persons that they had introduced to the property.

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent displayed complete incompetence, They did nothing for 1 year but when I employed another agency they tried to claim a commission even though they were repeatedly informed that there was no sale in progress.Attached Filesnbsp;

What agent could do to change your mind?
