Iain first called to my house to provide a rental valuation, he was punctual, well presented and provided useful advice. His fees were less than a quarter of M&B for exactly the same service. (Having used M&B before for other rentals, I thought it wise to get a comparison). I decided on Bradleys.
Hannah Blowey did the first viewing on our house, she left the house unlocked and the upstairs lights on. It is a good job we went round to the house the following day to check it!
A tenant was found within two weeks. Again dealing with Hannah, she emailed me with contact details of the "move in team" for an update of the progress; unfortunately she provided me with an incorrect phone number! After trying the number several times, I contacted Hannah again, who contacted the "Move in Team" and asked them to give me a call. Sally confirmed that I had been given the wrong number. So far my dealings with Hannah have not filled me with confidence that I made the right choice! Time will tell. My new tenants move in on Saturday.
