Involved in 2 months of building up our application the estate agent repeatedly failed to give us accurate information on what was needed, was always very hard to reach and took forever to answer our questions. The day before the planned move into a very nice flat they informed us by a call we lost the flat and they kept the FULL agency fees despite our claims. Inefficient and unreliable, dealing with these people was a nightmare!
