I put my house up for sale with the Mansfield Branch and they have been fantastic from the word go. I had an offer on my house with the first week and sale agreed shortly after. I can highly recommend their services, I will use them again.

As the Landlord of the above Property in Shirebrook ,I have the following comments to make. The tenants had repeatedly been told of the overgrown and unkempt state of the front and rear gardens months before they decided to terminate their tenancy agreement. I had the tenant from Hell. Didn't pay for 6 months, broke the doors, needed evicting.
Whitegates calmly dealt with insurers, police, courts and liaised with trades to repair the property.
Their preferred rent guarantee did pay (unlike other firms i've used).
Top marks all round.
