I am dictating this review to my girlfriend and she is typing it for me.
My reading and writing skills are very poor and I really struggle with forms etc. However, Beth, Julie, Mike and Jenny in the office have treated me with respect and sensitivity throughout the application and vetting process and I have now secured the tenancy on a lovely home for me and my 7 year old son!
I strongly recommend the Helmores team because they truly consider the needs of the individual and go out of their way to overcome obstacles encountered along the way. I felt they really listened to me with no judgement, and they did everything they said in a timely fashion, keeping me informed at every stage. For the first time in my experience of estate agents, I feel like a person and not simply another number to bump up the stats!
So, I can honestly say that I received a genuinely personal and friendly service from Helmores and they made me feel at ease (when I usually feel anxious and ashamed of my poor R&W skills) and we even ended up having a laugh about it all! Brilliant!
I rate them 110% and will never go to any other agent again! Thank you Guys!

Due to the high level of support I received from the team (due to issues with all the forms, I was more than delighted with the administration fee! It was fair and competitive.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
