I have dealt with the team at the Exeter Branch for many years. They acted as the agents for the vendor from whom I bought the property - in fact it was Robin Middleton who represented Bradleys at that point. They subsequently acted, on my behalf, as the letting agents for the property for several years. When I decided to sell the property earlier this year there was no question on my part that they should act for me as the selling agents.
I think this short account of the history of my dealings with the branch is evidence of the first class advice and service I have always received from Robin Middleton, Cathy Nickels and the team. I would not have stayed with them and trusted them to handle the property for me for so many years if I had had any doubts at all of their professional ability and understanding of the rental markets in Exeter in particular - as well as nationally.
On deciding to sell the property, I received and took their advice on valuation, pricing and marketing; they are a team who clearly have a deep knowledge and understanding of the local market. Again I was very satisfied. The property was well advertised and promoted; this ensured many viewings and it quickly sold at a good price - for both parties.
Robin Middleton and his team in Exeter are outstandingly knowledgable and utterly professional in every aspect of letting and retailing. They are unfailingly honest and straightfoward in all their dealings and I could not have received better advice during the years in which they were responsible for the letting of the property and in the recent months when they negotiated and acheived its swift sale. I am very grateful to them. It goes without saying that I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending then both as letting agents and as selling agents.

Complaints Procedure
