This company makes it impossible to get in contact with themselves. And will only contact you if they wish to make some money from you I.E a new contract that requires a fee. they arrange meetings you pay for a taxi to go to and then they are out of office. You try and get something fixed or explain a problem only to have an excuse waiting or to be told next week only to be still waiting a year down the line. Then to rub salt in the wound they then decide it's time to up the rent
What agent could do to change your mind?
Actually been there with customer relations not just pass the blame. Ignore and only respond or get in contact to take more money.

If you're one of our tenants you'll have our 24 hour contact number, email address, text number, emergency number, mobile number and you also have access to your own tenant portal on our site. If you've mis-placed this information please let us know as soon as passible so we can help you.

We're sorry if our agents were on the phone at the time you called, you probably got through to a voicemail which is responded to the same day on all occasions. Did you leave a message? If this didn't happen for some reason, please let us know so we can call you immediately to help.

Rent increases are never kind and we hate giving them to any tenant but all increases in rent are at the Landlord's instruction and will always be in line with a current and fair market valuation. If it becomes a problem, we can help you find somewhere more affordable?

There is always someone at the office between 8am and 6pm and it's always open so we're not sure what happened there. We'll happily come to you if you'd like to arrange a time?
