We were recommended to Davis Tate by friends who had sold through them. From the first meeting with Charlie we were impressed with his professionalism and the clarity with which he explained the process. We hadn't moved house for nearly 29 years so felt quite anxious about putting our house on the market. Charlie and James saw us through this with ease and were courteous and informative at every stage. The quality of the photographs and the brochure was fantastic and our house sold to the first viewer; we were amazed at how easy the team made it for us.The support did n' t end with the offer on the house but has continued right through as Charlie has liaised between solicitors and our vendors' estate agents. We complete next week and the whole process has been so well managed by Davis Tate that we cannot fault their service and would recommend them most highly.
