When looking to purchase a home last year the agent tried walking the price up suggesting other parties are interested, when we pulled out the manager stated no other party was interested and our last offer was accepted!!
I guess we should thank them after seeing 15% drops in the Amersham area.

Really terrible. Once they had the sale they could not have cared less. No time for anyone, not sales after care. Let the sale collapse and did nothing for their fee. Disappointed and will not use, nor recommend....
