100% NEVER using them again. Absolutely terrible customer service when it came to check out. If only their efficiency of dealing with emails regarding check out was as good as their service whilst we were renting.

Took them nearly 2 months to return the deposit and they try to cheat you of your money by double charging and summing incorrectly.

Really do not recommend this agency. Absolutely appalled.
