Had a an email from Christine to ask if I was happy with the deposit amount to be returned to myself, confirmed this on the Friday she advised should be in my acc within the hour however may take upto Monday. Called Christine again on the Mon to advise it had not reached my acc, was told by her she had forgotten to do this on Friday however she will have it in my acc within the hour again. Tuesday morning & still no money, spoke to her again Tuesday AM and advised no money had reached me, was told it was not her that dealt with deposits it had been given to accounts but I could not speak to them as there was only one person in accounts today and they where paying rents in a system they could not come out of so no one could help. I was advised again the money will be in this moring. Miday and still no money in my account I called the office again to speak with accounts was advised by a lovely and very helpful lady called Mia that it wasn't accounts that dealt with deposits it was Christine however she was on another call. I said I would wait because as I told Christine the day before if I didnt have the money by 2pm yesterday I would be unable to pay the deposit on my new property and would loose it. I then asked to speak with a manager as I was told again there had been a problem with their system and I would have the money today. Mia was lovely but unsure about the amount of truth in this. Was told to hold & wait for a manager however Mia came back and apologised as their manager was on a course today so could not help but someone Ciara would speak to me. Ciara advised she couldnt do anything until 12.30 as they have to wait an hour to send the money out once the details where added to the system but could not confirm when she would get a chance to do this even though I have been lied to over & over!!! Still no money in my account. I have never left a review before but after this and the terrible service at the Romford branch too with people lieing and not knowing what they are doing I am so angry & could possibly loose my property. With no manager to speak to about this I am unsure how to go about a proper complaint.

Staff stop lieing
Staff do as they say they are going to do
Staff not to make you feel bad for their mistakes
Romford branch, need to learn more about the properties they are trying to sell. Also need to know more about there rules & how to speak to people with professional boundries.
