The agents were amazing. The initial viewings of three properties was very efficiently organised, I was given lots of details and as much time as I needed to see the properties. The agent kept me completely up to date when I made an offer on a property and dealth with the whole thing really well, keeping me informed at all times.
I very stupidly used Lloyds Bank solicitors for the purchase of the house. This was a huge mistake as I ended up with a solicitor who didnt bother to ring me back when I needed to speak to him, he didnt sort the paper work as quickly as he should have done and it was not a good situation for me to be in.
Luckily Bradleys were brilliant and managed to guide me through by keeping me informed of everything they knew was happening. I learnt far more from them than I did from my solictor. It was also Bradleys who let me know that my solicitor had exchanged contracts without getting the FENSA certificates for the windows.
I have been so impressed with the staff at Bradleys in Honiton that i have now asked them to become the letting agents for me. I have only had the house for a week and already there have been 5 people to view it. I have every confidence that they will fnd a suitable tenant.
They made a very stressful situation much more manageable.
