Let down on every occasion! - Tried to change our move in date with out telling us, added £1.50 to payments for card fees with out even telling us or mentioning that - just assumed that was fine, took our deposit with no mention of the fees we will be charged (which there are an unexpectedly large amount of), moved in with bathroom taps not working which took them 2 weeks to send anyone out to have a look at, and did not inform the water company we had moved in when they assured us they had. Generally quite rude on the phone as well.

What do we pay them money for?!?!

We are very confused by these comments. As an award winning Letting Agency we are very aware of our levels of service and would have been happy to discuss any of the points raised in this complaint. We do not know who these tenants are or to which property they refer?
