Utterly dreadful customer service. Constant rotation of staff, no Hanover or file review between so no idea where our sale was at, they didn't lead with anything, only completed actions when chased and generally asked us to complete follow ups. They were so rude to our buyer we thought we might lose them. I specifically asked for communication from them on the day of our exchange, heard nothing. When challenged they did nt even know we had exchanged. Totally incompetent.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Acted professionally and diverted calls to the holmfirth branch while having staff changeovers. Signed keys in and out of the key store.
