Worst experience ever. !The bulldog known as Matt is definitely in the wrong job. Chased us as if we were able to do anything faster than the solicitors. Every agent was rude ,ignorant and a noxious. When we needed something answered, emails got ignored. Sellers left house with holes in every room. Wires coming out of everywhere. Was told by the sellers they were going get cleaners in to clean before we move in the house! Was left in a tip. Looked like it didn't get cleaned in years.they Couldn't be bothered to even fill in the hole from where they're tumble dryer was. Never judge a book by the cover. Will remember this as I have just had a very expensive lesson.
What agent could do to change your mind?

Avoid at all cost. I've experienced selling and renting out my property with them. Lack of response, transparency and incompetent. They charge you arm and a leg for a meager service. Of course they will refute this but save yourself the nightmare....

Whilst your personal comments are not appreciated, we are sorry you felt this way. You lived in a shared house and yes the heating did break down a few times due to a boiler failure but this was attended to promptly on every occassion. As discussed with you in detail we were let down by the regular cleaner and so a new one was found, however it was also the responsibility of all tenants to keep the kitchen clean and not leave washing up etc.
