The staff are trained to just be completely unhelpful to landlords and the tenants. they are only interesting in safe gaurding their interest (i.e) how much money they can get out it. Their customer service people in letting once they have taken over the property are not helpful and when they make mistakes they never agree to it. I had to literally chase up for the first 4 months to get the rent credited into my account properly.

I will never recommend anyone renting their property through Andrews Branch in Headington
