This person is what I would call the estate agent from hell. He has charged us for gas certificate but not done it, he does not respond to emails or phone calls and seems to be a one man show. He does not chase up rent arrears and then favours the tenant. We needed his help in evicting a tenant who has not paid rent for 4 months but he could not product the deposit certificate. He is the most obnoxious character in south east London. We may to have to take him to court.
