When I was looking for a apartment, I was not in the country yet but they were able to give me a flat right away. This was really good. The rent they offered included everything and that was good too. Nevertheless, nothing was ever been repaired when I moved in so the freezer was for example broken. I liked the agent I had personally. I signed a 6 month contract and suddenly after 2 months, they had the right to evict me because the landlord wanted the building back. That was not really professional and I got no support to find a new place. Neither did my roommates. They promised they would but no effort was made. In the end it was a good way to rent something for a short term. But otherwise I would not recommend them. I had to give them a poor rating because they only got the job in the beginning done but afterwards there was poor service. It is best to use a different agency.

What agent could do to change your mind?
fees are too high for an extremely tiny room and for all the problems I had for WEEKS (no hot water, no pressure in the shower, no washing machine etc). Moreover, I had to pay 250‚£ at the check in and 40‚£ at the check out as agency fee.Attached Filesnbsp;

Sandra - she lies into your face without a single blink, and she is also pushy like a good old fashioned car dealer. Daniel - In terms of communication the most sophisticated, but he just get into the picture when they need somebody so shake me off... When I was signed the letting agreement the agency fee was ‚£100 for a room, now they charge you ‚£200 for the same, which is ridiculously high compared to the quality of the services...
