Didn't return calls after promising to call back. I called them 3 times to see what was going on 3 times they said they will call back but didn't. When a viewing was finally arranged, they arranged it for a week after which they said was the earliest date, then gave the property to somebody else the day before. When talking on the phone they were rude and hung up on me. In no situation in business do you hang up on a prospective customer. Management needs to review themselves.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Return calls when promised, and to be polite to customers.
