Worst company ever. Seemed fine when first viewed the house. Took ages for them to get me in there. Told them of the things i wanted fixing aka the broken back door the broken panel the exposed pipes in the bathroom they said would tell landlord ... Nothing was ever done. Boiler broke and for 6 months I sent emails letter and phone calls but was never fixed so I decided to move out . They booked me in to have a yearly inspection and Becky never turned up ( common it seems) they rescheduled a date which they then cancelled 15 mins before they were due, third time they did come but was in and out like a flash. Moved out to which they supposedly sent
A letter to landlord but took ages for them to get back to me . I am currently say here again in a cold house with my 3 year old and I'm
6 months pregnant waiting for Becky to come
Do the final inspection and she is half an hour late now as we stand now this is delaying the new tenant and jepodising my deposit which ill prob loose because of them. Happy days never ever use them belovior is my new letting agency and are absolutely fab spot on

It got worse with them - when I finally did move out they turned up with that same outdated inventory and the woman commented I wouldn't be getting my deposit back. Luckily the day I moved in I emailed them with a list of all the things wrong with the house and the inventory - still had to battle to get them to actually pay my deposit though. Bunch of clowns. Sorry you've had bad experience too they've clearly not cleared up thief act - this was all 3 years ago for me. ...
