Arranged a viewing on property on 22nd october...on the morning get of the viewing it was cancelled. They said tenants were not available to show us...they said they will call once viewing is arranged. A day later looked at the website and it said property sold. Rang this morning to speak to manager. Spoke to someone who claimed to be a manager...was very very rude...used all sorts of rude words...F words to C words....to a potential customer...all I did was to ask him what happened....his an were was that property was sold....that's it......how can they market themselves as an honest estate agent when things like this happen....... AVOID THEM AT ALL COST....
