As soon as I was in the property communication was awful, any problems I had with flat would be ignored. Various calls, texts, letters, emails all ignored.
Wouldn't recommend at all. when he finally does answer he has been on a course that month. As a professional there should always be someone to deal with queries. The washing machine had broke down and all he done after weeks of me trying to contact him was offer me a link to a website.
