I can't speak highly enough of the service that Melvyn Danes have provided.
Firstly, my property sold in 6 days (at asking price): Adam advised that this was likely to happen (a popular road) and he gave me excellent advice as to where to look for my new home. Subsequently I found a beautiful flat (coincidentally marketed with Melvyn Danes - so I have bought through them too - they knew what I was looking for).
This was already excellent service and Melvyn Danes had already earned their fee.
However, I lost my first buyer and my house needed to be re-sold: it was the office team (Lucy, Sam and Vanessa) that made this happen within 11 days. They brought my chain back together and I held onto my new home.
The process continued to have some ups and down (as selling and buying property naturally does) and Melvyn Danes helped me to navigate these sometimes choppy waters.
Estate agents sometimes get a bad name: whilst this may be the case on occasion, it also needs to be acknowledged that they help people move on with their lives and make their dreams come true.
