Wouldn't understand the Housing Act 1988 if it hit them. Failed to renew my contract and tried to hold me to a clause in their contract that contradicts the Housing Act 1988. Overpriced and poor service. They only usually have one or two properties available yet it takes them an age to process anything. Moved at the first opportunity and have had excellent service from my new lettings agent. Definitely one to avoid - especially with so many other good lettings agents covering the Farnborough area.
