I found EPG to be very competitively priced in the management of landlord portfolios. The tenant choice was superb, with an eye for a quality tenant rather than just getting someone through the door. I would definetly use their services again.
I have also purchased a property through EPG. They kept me informed of any problems and are proactive in chasing up solicitors in the chain of sale.
