Firstly Billy. Billy recently (October) went well beyond the call of duty to helping me respond to a Newham Council audit on the property Outlook let for me. This involved discussing the documentation required, finding some documents that I didn't have that Outlook had archived, inspecting the flat with me and using his experience to check that everything was ship shape, Billy even checked that the smoke alarm was working as I was unsure about which type it was and how to check it. The tenants were present while we did this but apart from being competent Billy has such good social skills that it went more than smoothly. This is a specific example of how Billy helped me on this issue but he is always prepared to help and has done so on other occasions.
I cannot mention Outlook without mentioning Simon Castle. Simon a great character who always makes me feel welcome whenever I visit Outlook (my daughter who is 5 likes visiting Outlook because of Simon). Simon is a person I know I can rely on to help me deal with whatever issues that come up with the two properties I rent through Outlook. Simon has recently chased up a tenant and reminded him to pay the increased rent, and famously help me deal with a situation when two on my tenants upped and went back to India after only 1 month abandoning most of their possessions !
I can say that the help and support Outlook have given me has resulted in me staying as a landlord for longer than I would have if things had not gone so well and they would be my first choice if I wanted to expand my small business.
