This agency is absolutely terrible! We've been trying to contact them for 7 months now!!!! to get our water and gas readings, we would do it ourselves but we have no clue where it is and apparently neither do they so now we are paying roughly £20 more than we should. The shower head holder was broken when we got the place and we can't fix it outself since the pipe is all rusted and we can't take it off and now the shower head is just hanging around, they said it would get fixed when we signed the contract and again that was 7 months ago and never got done!!! we have to pay £60 renewal fee and £400 checkout fee if we leave earlier than 6 months! they are money monsters and you can't even get your money's wofth... we are out of here as soon as we can and we will NEVER rent with them again!
What agent could do to change your mind?
Could have been more customer friendly and actually do what you promised!Attached Filesnbsp;

I tell you truly. Homelet is a worse Estate agent in the world. If you want to be robbed all your money then Homelet can be your friend. Their managers are impolite. They have all for landlords and but they don't care of tenants
