For the last 18 months I have had alot of trouble with the service centre. I also that the then new business agent picked a very poor tennant.

However Kate Bentley in the last 3 months has been first class.

Making the unclear - clear.

Communicating with all parties effectivley.

She turned my opinions of the business around.
