Myself and my partner found a perfect property which we viewed and placed a holding deposit to secure the property as ours to let.
We then received a phone call from the agent to say that the landlord had herself been showing other people around the property herself and let it out to another tennent.
This is extremely unprofessional and very upsetting for ourselves as we were told that we were the only people to have viewed and to have paid the holding fee to secure our new home.
WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED TO HAVE BEEN TREATED THIS WAY!

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent should be aware that there will be some costs involved between lettings. We cleaned the place VERY well but they still charged us money for a cleaner. This should have been part of their business costs.

We are having the same issues as we speak they are a treacherous company and when i have fully moved out will be going to task on them, they have been rude and useless since the very minute we took residence ...
