As first time buyers, myself and my partner Sam were a little apprehensive and confused about how to and where to start, We had been using Bradley's in Okehampton for a rental property that we had been in for 12 months whilst looking for some where to purchase. The team at Bradley's knew exactly what we were looking for and so one day we received a phone call from Tom at Bradley's about a house that had come on the market and so it started from there, 6 weeks later and with no stress whatsover we own our first house and it would have never have been possible if it wasn't.
House buying is seen as the most stressful thing in life, but really I do not know what all the fuss was about - Everything from start to finish from Bradley's was exceptional. The viewings, the recommendations of local independent qualified surveyors and solicitors, the ease of comunication between parties and paperwork transfers were flawless. Their grasp of the powers of digital files to make it take seconds rather than days through postage, their response times to emails, calls and questions. Their ability to work to your timetable and not theirs own. How do they make money?? I am not sure because their one aim and only aim is to look after you, that is it.
Such is the level of professionalism and courtesy that I had some mail over at our old rental property that I had with them and amongst it was a very important letter to which one of the members of staff kindly picked it up the next day whilst showing a prospective client around and then posted it through my door at my new address. Would some body do that in London? No, probably not, would I want them to do it? No way. But having already dealt with Bradley's through rental I know I can trust them, A very honest, reliable and courteous company. Bankers were the ones we were taught to trust, Estate agents were always seen as ruthless but my how the tables have turned.
They found us the perfect home, and all done with zero stress and no head aches about money. Every recommendation we had from them about local services were spot on.
We dealt with everyone at the Okehampton branch and this review / recommendation goes out to all of the Team, Nick, Sarah, Tom and Josh - Thank you all

The agents fees were higher than some cheaper options but the final selling price achieved was much higher than the suggested marketing price of the "cheap" agents so even after the fees we were still well ahead of the competition.
