A terrible terrible service. Whenever we complained that things in the property were faulty, the agent would threaten us with eviction notice. When he finally gave us notice, we found out that our deposit that we gave him, was not deposited with the deposit scheme as we were told.
When we asked for our deposit back, he sent us court papers (Why would you pursue claims when you are already in possession of our money), the court case is currently pending.
But please, steer clear of this lettings agent as he is very dubious.
