There were several hiccoughs with viewings, some were late, two failed to show. The eventual tenant misrepresented the number of children he had. They invoiced him incorrectly, they invoiced me incorrectly, they ignored emails, and only after 8 weeks, after I had threatened to sue them, he they agree to return the money they owed to me.
They had lots of leads, and did find a tenent qwickly, but are let down by their customer service. They have a nice office, smart staff, and glossy brochures, but it is all window dressing, they are ill-organised, ineffeicient and expensive, and various departments do not talk to each other, I shall not use them again.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Spend less on glossy brochures, and more on staff training.
