Bradleys from the start gave us realistic expectations. We were given updates on all the viewings promptly and had communications regarding our 'hits' on rightmove on a weekly basis. Julia and Lisa were exceptional when spoken to on the telephone, always polite and courteous, professional yet fun to deal with. When a buyer was found we were kept informed regularly on how things were progressing. We had to have a specific completion date which caused a bit of a problem but Julia came yo the rescue; our buyers could not come up with the total funds on the day as they were overseas and transferring all the monies was impossible. Julia suggested that we could do a part completion and got both solicitors involved in an agreement that the balance be paid with 14 days thereafter. Lisa kept us calm and reassured us all the way during Julia's negotiation. Thank you both and sorry that it has taken us do long to write this review. We would strongly recommend anyone who is thinking of selling to use Bradleys.
