Deposit - The landlord agreed for you to have a cat and the deposit you paid only equates to Six weeks rent, this is a standard amount throughout the lettings industry and often landlords request a higher deposit of 8 weeks if a pet is accepted.
Tenancy extension - The fee payable after the initial fixed term was first outlined when you secured the property and is also detailed in the tenancy agreement, both documents were signed by yourself. Please note unlike most agents we only charge a 'One off' extension fee and do not charge this each time you extend your tenancy.
Tenancy fees - We have one of the cheapest Letting fees compared to other local agents and are confident of this through market research. The cost for a duplicate tenancy agreement is also outlined in the tenancy agreement you signed upon moving in, we do offer a scanned/emailed version for free but if a paper copy is required a charge is applied.
