I viewed a flat with this company in Lichfield Grove N3 and made an offer just below the asking price after having my builder friend have a look at it for me. I was told that there was a higher offer so I increased my offer to the asking price. Again I was told there was a higher offer still, at this point i had a feeling Roberto was not submitting my offer to the owner in favor of other bids so I again increased my offer above asking price and this time I also dropped a copy of the offer to the owner who lived at the flat. I now learnt that none of my offers were submitted to the owner and the flat was sold below asking price by Roberto. The owner was not happy with this finding either as he called me but was too late to do anything as he was to far involved with the other buyer and was locked in a chain. I HAVE REPORTED JAC STRATTONS AND ROBERTO SARABY TO PROPERTY REDRESS SCHEME for with holding offers and improper conduct.

You've been warned, do NOT use JAC. As a landlord, they do not want to know you the minute you sign the tenancy agreement. Blatant overcharging on the first bill, ignore complaint emails even when head offfice is alerted and generally rude letting manager Akemi. ...

Lots of surprise extras, will not honour verbal or written promises made before tenancy agreements are signed. Do not trust.
