This agency has been useless from the start and shouldn't be trading. When we viewed the property the agent advised us that there was no admin fees and that it would be a secure 6 month tenancy followed by 12 month tanancies every period after that for years to come. Turned out after the 6 months that this was not the case and it would just be a 30 day periodic tendency. They don't respond to repairs and the agent doesn't answer calls. They are good at taking the rent but that's about it. When we gave our notice to leave the property was left in a immaculate condition of not better and the landlord was more than happy for the full amount of our bond to be returned but the agency has stil to this day not returned our money of £675.00 with no reason or communication as to why. I would seriously reccomend to avoid them as it seems the franchise agents just lie to get a tenant to sign on the dotted line. Head office attitude stinks and they are never willing to help. On top of that we had to pay an admin fee to move out ??!!! Complete Cowboys and a bunch of liars . The agent didn't even turn up in the check out date as promised as he was I'm assuming unable to face us due to his lies.

Stop telling lies and do things properly and by the book and don't make false promises and let honest people wait for their money.Attached Filesnbsp;

Absolutey terrible .I booked a appointment to view a property after 1 1/2 hrs drive 3 mins before the appointment they cancelled without even an apology.

What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have provided us with accurate legal advice, adhered to the laws in regards to our requests for the landlords information sooner, provided us with the gate code and correct key fobs, cleaned the property as they had promised, actually helped sort out our eviction situation which was brought about in part by their lack of action.Attached Filesnbsp;
