I came across Melvyn Danes in the 1990's when I was buying a property. I was impressed with their 'selling techniques' and decided that if I were to move again I would use them. In 2007 & 2008 I used them to sell properties just as the market was going down. Adam was excellent, he was truthful, professional, conscientious and did what he said he would do. On both occasions I was a happy seller. In 2012 we were moving again, this time we sold with Melvyn Danes and bought through Melvyn Danes. Again we received total commitment and support from Adam & staff on both the selling & buying side. All viewings to our property were professionally carried out & then when we were making appointments to view we again experienced professional, total support.
And if that is not enough my daughter had to move due to a very distressing family situation, she used Melvyn Danes, Solihull and Melvyn Danes, Shirley. Again great service and as a concerned parent my mind was put at rest.
