Would not even consider me for a let as I am a professional starting a new job in a new area and will be on six months probation - fairly standard for new positions. Landlords should be aware that this agency is limiting their choice of good potential tenants.

I am really sorry to have received your email and your comments will be taken on board. The renewal cost, check out fee were in the original tenancy agreement. The cost of the carpet cleaning was something that you agreed with our colleague, if there hadn't been an agreement it would have been deducted from the deposit. All our fees are displayed on all portals that we use.
