The process of us purchasing this property took 8 months in total but throughout the staff at Helmores, particularly Jess and James, were patient, prompt and informative, keeping us up to date with all developments and returning our calls immediately.
There were a few problems along the route which James kept us up to date with and dealt with efficiently. Rona and Amy were also very helpful and efficient at the point of exchange.
They are an excellent team and I could not fault the service they provided. I would definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to friends and family.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
