This company has just merged and is now called CPPbigwood and they are still as poor as ever. They rip people of with silly amounts for the service charge where very little work gets done. There is litter everywhere, car parks spaces which are not lined out, damaged parks, not working lamp posts and the list's go on.
Customer service...... lets just say it does not exist, they do not understand what a call back and our property managers are a joke. They don't want to talk to us due to the amount of complaints which they receive.
Stay away or you will get ripped of truly. Go to a company which can actually do the job instead of taking money of hard working people.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Customer service needs to be greatly improved (comuncation). Invoices for payments need to be made simpler. Payments options need to be improved so card payments can be taken without a charge!
