My email relates to bad behaviour by certain Foxtons agents in Pimlico.
First of all, the time I have been waiting for a reply to my emails has been on average between 3 and 5 days. Most importantly, when a problem arised, they just not call back for support.
Secondly, I went through an end-of tenancy cleaning. Quoting Foxtons' email, as we decided to use the cleaning company you proposed us, we contacted you "to arrange this" on our behalf. If I get this email, and I do not have details of the cleaning company or the cleaning process, I expect Foxtons to take care of everything, including giving access to the flat.
There were two things that were unacceptable:
1) the cleaning lady was late 30 mins - in the meantime who pays back my time?!?!?
2) we didn't know we should have provided access to the house. When I called to find a solution, a Foxtons employee also lied to me saying that she told it to me over the phone.
3) most important: when mike received the call from the cleaning lady, he just let her go away without even trying to contact us. Indeed, if he did, I would have answered in 1minute, as I did (however, the cleaner was gone when he sent it. Probably he took his time to do so).
When I use an intermediary to get a service, especially one which I have paid for other services, I expect an intermediary behaviour, with full professionalism.
They think they are right in any case, anytime. I am done with their arrogance.
